These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between cici100 ("Platform", "we") and each individual ("Player", "you") who registers, accesses or uses the services provided on this website.

By clicking the register button, making your first deposit or simply navigating to restricted sections of this website, you legally and bindingly agree to all terms contained in this document, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which form part of this agreement.

To create an account at cici100, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Provide truthful, complete and current information during the registration process, including your full name, mobile phone number and a valid email address.
• Not register using another person's identity or provide false information in any form whatsoever.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or have been barred by any relevant authority.
• Bet using your own personal funds and not money borrowed from a third party for gambling purposes.

cici100 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including a copy of your MyKad or passport) at any stage for the purpose of complying with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Failure to submit the required documents may result in a temporary account restriction until the verification process is complete.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being frozen and any balances in those accounts being forfeited.

• You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place through your account, including transactions carried out by third parties who gain access due to your negligence.
• Passwords must be kept confidential. cici100 will never ask for your account password through any channel.
• Any unauthorised access attempts or suspicious activity must be reported to our support team immediately.
• cici100 reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering or abuse of the promotions system.

cici100 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per withdrawal request.
• Typical withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• All deposits and withdrawals must use an account name that matches the registered name on cici100.
• cici100 does not accept payments on behalf of third parties and does not allow withdrawals to accounts that do not belong to the registered player.
• Any attempt to process a payment through an unlisted method may result in delays or rejection of the transaction.

All bonuses and promotions offered by cici100 are subject to the specified wagering requirements. Bonuses are only valid once officially credited to your account. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in cancellation of the bonus and any related winnings.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be wagered in accordance with the specified requirements.

• Game results recorded by the cici100 server system are final and binding.
• cici100 is not responsible for any losses arising from technical failures on the player's side, such as internet connection disruptions.
• In the event of a technical disruption to our system during an active game session, cici100 will endeavour to resolve any account discrepancies based on available server records.
• The use of automated software, bots or any tools designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• Collusion between players in multiplayer games is a serious violation that may result in account closure and cancellation of winnings.

Players are fully responsible for their decision to use the cici100 platform. Playing should be seen as entertainment only, not as a source of income or a solution to financial problems.

• You must not play using money needed for essential expenses such as rent, food or bills.
• Players who feel they have a gambling control problem are advised to contact our support team for information on self-exclusion tools.
• cici100 reserves the right to impose betting limits or suspend an account if there are signs of harmful gambling behaviour.
• Players who register under the self-exclusion programme are not permitted to attempt to access the platform again through a new account during the active exclusion period.

cici100 reserves the right to close or suspend any player's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Confirmation that the player was under 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Holding multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Evidence of fraud, provision of false information or money laundering attempts.
• Systematic abuse of the bonus or promotions system.
• Use of software or methods that compromise the integrity of the games.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Any valid remaining balance will be returned once the verification process is complete, subject to there being no outstanding claims or disputes.
